We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the products you purchase from our company. If any of our products are defective or fail to live up to your expections, you may return them for a refund or exchange (please see our returns policy below for details).

If you wish to return a product, please write to

and we'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When you write, please include your name, order number, and the reason you wish to return the product(s). We cannot accept returns without prior issuance of an RMA number.
If you're returning merchandise because you decided you don't want it, we'll gladly offer a refund or exchange at no charge to you, although you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping. On the off chance that the merchandise you received was defective, we'll reimburse you for the cost of shipping the product back to us and we'll also pay for shipping a replacement product.
