Returns policy

If you wish to return a product, please write to info@internetdiscshop.com and we'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When you write, please include your name, order number, and the reason you wish to return the product(s). We cannot accept returns without prior issuance of an RMA number.

If you're returning merchandise because you decided you don't want it, we'll gladly offer a refund or exchange at no charge to you, although you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping. On the off chance that the merchandise you received was defective, we'll reimburse you for the cost of shipping the product back to us and we'll also pay for shipping a replacement product.
