How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders to U.S. addresses usually take two to six business days to arrive. Orders to international addresses generally take one to four weeks. Expedited shipping is available; see our shipping information page for details.

What's the status of my order?

Please first consult our section on how to order, which discusses our order confirmation and shipping procedures. If your order was confirmed via e-mail and the typical shipping time has elapsed, please send e-mail to orders@internetdiscshop.com with your name and order number and a request to check on the status of your order.

The vast majority of orders get shipped right away and arrive quickly, but there are occasional delays related to out-of-stock items or issues with delivery services, and we'll work with you to get everything resolved in an expedient manner. We use tracking and delivery confirmation on all packages, so we can track their status with Federal Expresss and the Postal Service.

How do I redeem a coupon?

Your coupon has a code in the format "DSC-123-4567". It has a value, like $5.00, that can be used to offset the cost of products on our web site. When you place your order, on the "Review" checkout screen, there is a section called "Coupons" where you can enter this code, and the discount will be applied. Please note that coupons can only offset the cost of products, not shipping. If the value of the coupon exceeds the cost of the products, the products will be free and you'll only have to pay for shipping.

Can I buy blank Ultimate discs?

Unfortunately, no manufacturer will do this because they like to maintain editorial oversight on what's printed on the discs they produce. Some companies that specialize in corporate promotional goods can probably supply you with blank discs, but they'll probably be smaller and lighter than regulation Ultimate models. If we do find a source, we'll list it here.

Do you have a paper catalog?

Not yet...we're a small business and are currently focusing all of our efforts on our web site. But it's on our to-do list for sure. In the meantime, you might consider joining our monthly announcement mailing list.

Absolutely...about 20% of our orders are shipped overseas.
