How to Order

Introduction

The Internet Disc Shop web site uses an electronic "shopping cart" to keep track of the products you wish to purchase. To place an order, you'll add products to your cart, then check out. When you check out, you'll tell us your shipping and billing information. Payment is accepted on-line with credit cards, or through the mail if you pay by check.

Selecting products

The products we offer are organized into categories and subcategories to help you easily find what you're looking for.

Start by selecting a product category in the menu in the upper-left corner of the screen (for example, "Ultimate Discs"). On the category screen, you'll see a list of products including the product name, the price, and a small picture. If you click on the name or picture, you'll go to a product detail screen where you can learn more about the product and view a larger picture.

Adding products to your cart

On each product detail screen is a button called "Add to cart". If you click this button, the product you were viewing will be added to your shopping cart. You may then continue shopping by viewing additional product screens and clicking the "Add the cart" button.

You may view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the "cart" button in the top menu bar.

Removing products from your cart

On the cart screen, you may click the trash can button to the right of any product to remove it from your cart.

Checking out

When you're done adding products to your cart, click the "checkout" button in the top menu bar. You'll then enter your shipping and billing information to place your order.

You may select to pay with a credit card or personal check. Credit card orders are usually fulfilled within one business day of ordering. Personal check orders take longer to fulfill, as we'll wait for your check to clear the bank before shipping...this can take several weeks after your payment is received, so paying by check is not recommended if you need the discs anytime soon.

When ordering, you'll have the options of creating an account with the Internet Disc Shop or placing an order without an account. If you create an account, your customer information will be saved so if you place an order in the future, you won't have to fill out as many forms. (If you create an account, your information is kept completely private, forever.)

After you place your order

Once your order is processed, you'll shortly receive a confirmation via e-mail. If you don't receive a confirmation notice within a couple of hours, please let us know.

If you selected to pay with a check, please print and include your confirmation notice with your check. The address is included on the confirmation.
