Order Tracking
Some shipping methods include parcel tracking...FedEx provide tracking for all delivery services; the U.S. Postal Service provides tracking for Express Mail (domestic) and Global Express Mail (international). The USPS does not provide tracking for Priority Mail or Regular Airmail.
When you select a shipping method that includes parcel tracking, you'll receive e-mail from the carrier (FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service) that includes your tracking number. You can track your package on the FedEx web site or the USPS web site.
When you receive your tracking number, please note that it may take one or two days for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.
Please contact our customer service department if you selected a shipping method with parcel tracking and you have problems with any of the following:
You don't receive a tracking number within three business days of placing your order
You enter your tracking number on the FedEx or USPS web sites and your tracking number isn't recognized
The FedEx or USPS web site says that your parcel was delivered, but you never received it (we'll assist you in working with FedEx or USPS to locate your package)
