For orders sent by a shipping method that includes parcel tracking, you can look up your tracking number here, then check the status of your package on the U.S. Postal Service or FedEx web sites.

Important Notes:

• Tracking numbers are generated at the time your order ships, so will generally be available one or two business days after your order is placed

• It may take an additional day or two for the Post Office or FedEx to update the order status information on their web sites
